I watched your first 4 videos on the series for chords before I subscribed. I really want to jump ahead and get right into the thick of it but worried I may get myself in trouble. Working on double stops pretty good. Can’t wait to be there.

I love this tune. I can hear your intonation improvement from the first video unless it was just the drone (which I love now that I learned about doing lessons this way) that was distracting me.

Replying to Jo-yes, I’m playing both parts. I record the tune, then listen to that on headphones while I play and record the harmony on another device. Then I play the harmony recording while playing and video taping the whole thing. Is there an easier way? Let me know! The harmony is from Liz Faiella.

There’s something so enjoyable in bringing our own sounds together, the blending is precise and sounds mesh so easefully. I also thoroughly enjoyed this mixture you made, Debbie, and experiencing you playing with the recording live, fun and exciting elements! 😀 👏🏼

I like this a lot – a LOT! My fiddle’s with a local luthier getting a new bridge, but I should get it back tomorrow (knock on wood), and I can’t wait to start using this approach!
