There are some good play along tracks on the tune lessons pages if so. My current practise it for example, I’m currently doing week 1 of 1.8
Mon I did low finger and reviewed bile em cabbage and joy to the world
Tues I leaned Shady grove but warmed up with Mondays lesson
We’d I did warmup including redoing lesson on low finger, slur 3 lesson shady grove
Thur I didn’t practice
