How do I cancel, change, upgrade or renew my subscription?

Here’s a video on how to change your plan or cancel an ongoing subscription:

If you’d like to change your subscription, here are the steps you take:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions page.
  2. On the right-hand column, select “Change Plan”.
  3. Select the plan you want.
  4. When taken to that page, click the “Select Plan” button. You’ll be taken to a page where you can purchase that subscription.

Cancel subscription

If you’d like to cancel your subscription, here are the steps you take:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions page.
  2. On the right-hand column, select “Change Plan”.
  3. Select “Trial Membership”.
  4. When taken to that page, click the “Select Plan” button.

You can cancel at any time before your subscription is done. For example, if you have ten days left on a subscription, you can cancel and still use the site for ten days. But you won’t be re-billed after that.
