Thanks for sharing your video James,you have a nice sensitive tone in your playing. I learnt some things from Jocelyn’s feedback too, like feeling the hand shape in those 2 stretches and 1 close interval. Being reminded to use drones for more than scales alone was good too.
Do you play fiddle with other musicians as well? I wrote 2nd fiddle and cello harmonies for this tune a while back, happy to pass them on if you could use them. Having said that, I really like your solo version too, it’s nice to hear that pure melody. 🙂
