Yep, getting better indeed. Seems you have a similar ‘problem’ to me, in that you play quite far down the strings. I also catch my bow on the knuckle of the body when I play the ‘E’ string and get that squeal too. I can’t seem to get myself playing nearer the bridge consistently. Getting better though – did the blues win?
Yep blues won 2 in a row now, i am trying to stay right in the center with my bow or just over the board ,i seem to get a better resonating song there.
Go blues … I’m trying the same thing but I have some weird depth perception nonsense I think, because when I look at a video of me playing, I’m not even close to where I think I’m bowing.
