Hello I’m learning the fiddle while I’m working remotely. I’ve played a number of fretted strings in the past on the beginner intermediate level but nothing really beyond standard chord progressions and it’s been a while. I picked up the fiddle about 5 years ago hoping it would inspire me to play music again because I didn’t play for several years before that but I have a plethora of rhetoric of why I never committed.

this is my first week back and I feel committed, i’ve been playing around the trial and looking to continue the online lessons. I was kinda of struggling bouncing around looking for songs that i’m familiar with but found my self getting into songs that are too complicated for my level. I’m a little over a week in and this recording was from a few days ago. Mind i work in remote area with shared living and I’m using a mute. I feel I can play better when I have the confidence to commit with bow with out a mute.
