Owen, that was really good!!!! Your timing on the chords and melody was right on; FYI I’m going to play it again and play with your video. Did you use an Am on the chords?

Good job, Mary. You’re exactly right, lower E to upper E, and all the work on the E string….a rough song to perfect. Looks like your picking it up quickly! Have fun at the jam. Currently, I attend a jam once/month and lean on I/IV/V back-up chords mostly, till they “force me” to lead something.

Awesome video. You play in tune very well. You have excellent form. You are holding the bow correctly. You are well on your way. I see a little vibrato in there too. You have the foundation to be a very good fiddler.
