I am learning a tune for a group. I belong to that is predominantly on the g string. I have a lot of difficulties playing the game playing the g string because my fingers are short, Also I have a bad shoulder, so I can’t crank my shoulder back very much. I tried to log in to the zoom meeting on the twenty fifth of january but was unable to get in. I was late if that makes any difference… I’ve never done a zoom meeting. So i’m sort of clueyes to how to do them. I’m one of those older generation folk who didn’t grow up with technology.

Hi Beth, great question. Under the support tab there is a page called ‘subscription questions’. If you look at the question on that page saying ‘how do I cancel or upgrade my subscription?’, that answer will show you how to look at your current subscription. -
