  I LOVE this. I just downloaded the GarageBand app for my phone and hoping to find some good YouTube vids on how to use the darn thing. Real leary about downloading the PC version. Does anyone have any insight on that version?

    Don, thanks for reaching out on this and sharing the interest 🎶 I find it a great free platform for recording and mixing parts together. I utilize garage band on my laptop, I do not have it on my phone though that is something I will also consider. The ways to use the program may vary between the phone app and desktop app. I would certainly recommend using it on a laptop from my experience, it’s been very user friendly.

      I use a free version of Garageband. I don’t think I use it to it’s full potential as it seems very complicated. I found some great tutorials on YouTube which just show how to record your voice and an instrument. I can’t remember who the tutorials were by now but there’s a whole series of them by the same guys each one lasts 2-3 minutes and is easy to follow.
