Hello Alinaviolin,

If you are in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, I highly recommend John Montgomery’s shop in Raleigh. You can go and get expert information and opinion. John will ask you what your budget is, he will bring out many violins within your range, and not a penny more with some under budget. I think John brought out about 12….lol. And the one I purchased turned out to be under budget. You can play them all, (you are in a private room, by the way) giving you opportunity to discover which one speaks to you. You will not be rushed or pressured in any way, and all are excellent instruments. My friend and I went together and just had so much fun there. We both found instruments that spoke to us personally. Good Luck!
