string crossing with fingering

this lesson will prepare to play tunes like drowsy maggie which combine string crossing and fingering.

the basic exercise is:
D0-A0-D1-A0

once you can do this easily, try adding rhythms like hoedown, triplets, swing doubles, peri-diddle, the polyrhythm, etc.

then extend the exercise to other fingers:
D1-A0-D2-A0
then try a longer sequence:
D0-A0-D1-A0-D2-A0-D3-A0-D4-A0

then finger the A string instead of the D string.
D0-A0-D0-A1-D0-A2-D0-A3

all the while making it interesting by adding rhythms.
